The Cypress Group acted as QSR M&A Advisor to NPC International in the Chapter 11 sale of its Wendy's and Pizza Hut businesses for $801 million. This transaction involved the sale of over 1,300 Wendy's and Pizza Hut locations across 27 states, making it one of the largest franchisee sale transactions on record.
